Thanks to unprecedented growth in derivatives and structured products in China over the past 18 months, structured products professionals are scratching their heads as they confront the intricacies of Chinese regulation. That was the message delivered by Chin-Chong Liew, partner and head of derivatives and structured products for Asia ex-Japan at law firm Linklaters, in his executive address at the Structured Products Asia conference in Hong Kong.
