L'attuazione di Basilea 2 negli Stati Uniti
Dopo la pubblicazione nel 2004 da parte del Comitato di Basilea del nuovo Accordo sul Capitale (Basilea 2), sono proseguiti da parte delle autorità di vigilanza nazionali i lavori volti a favorirne l'attuazione da parte delle banche; tale processo è particolarmente articolato negli Stati Uniti, dove intenso è il confronto tra Agenzie e operatori

Dopo la pubblicazione nel giugno del 2004 della versione definitiva della nuova disciplina sul capitale (Basilea 2) da parte del Comitato di Basilea sono proseguiti i lavori per favorire l'attuazione delle nuove regole da parte delle banche. In sede internazionale, sono stati intensificati gli sforzi volti a fornire agli intermediari indicazioni operative per una corretta interpretazione della disciplina; in particolare, negli ultimi due anni il Committee of European Banking
