Lehman Brothers appoints carbon emissions head

Segalen will be based in London and report to Henrik Wareborn, head of commodities for Europe. He joins New York-based Lehman Brothers from the French bank Natixis, where he was managing director of its €142 million European Carbon Fund and was responsible for the fund's structuring, placement and management. He previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he headed its climate change business.
