Compensation reforms will fade into history, says recruiter

The compensation reforms that have garnered so much regulatory and media attention will not stick, says David Butters, head of operational risk recruitment at GRS in London. He says there are clear indications that most firms are continuing to pay large bonuses to existing employees, and use such remuneration structures to attract new employees.
