Mortgage body in drive for CMBS transparency
The Commercial Mortgage Securities Association Europe introduced the CMSA European Investor Reporting Package for the UK market during the opening day of its first annual conference in Brussels.
The CMSA E-IRP provides data that investors can use to compare bonds across multiple transactions. These standard reporting formats should help support the continued growth of the commercial mortgage
