Misys acquires Fino
Misys Banking Systems has bought out S.C. Fino Capital SRL, a Romanian financial software development services business, which Misys officials say will increase its development capabilities in treasury and capital markets. As part of the transaction, Misys is acquiring Fino Capital's management and employees who provide specialist development solutions for the financial services industry.
