Regulators advise on Avian flu

WASHINGTON, DC – US financial regulators have issued inter-agency advisory to financial institutions and their technology providers about the impact of threat of a pandemic influenza outbreak and its potential impact on the delivery of critical financial services.

The advisory recommends financial institutions and their service providers to consider the threat of the Avian flu outbreak in their event response and contingency strategies.
