New service from two old hands

London – Two well-known operational risk experts have set up a new consultancy service, Enterprise Risk Advisory & Consultancy, based in London.

The new firm has been founded by Philip Martin and Victor Dowd. Martin was a former managing director of HSBC Operational Risk Consultancy, which is a division of HSBC Insurance brokers.
