FSA Handbook changes

FSA modifies Handbook to take account of Mifid.

The FSA has published a handbook notice which sets out changes made to the FSA Handbook to incorporate new requirements under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid), among others. The existing Conduct of Business sourcebook is to be deleted entirely and replaced by new provisions incorporating Mifid requirements.
