Eleven Banks Sign Up To Anti-Laundering Guidelines

BERLIN--Eleven of the world's major banks have agreed to a set of voluntary anti-money laundering guidelines, which will be applied on a global basis.

The Wolfsberg Principles -- named after the Swiss town where they were finalised in late October this year -- are the result of an initiative started two years ago by Transparency International (TI). TI is a Berlin-based global anti-corruption
