Bank denies fraud risk for 65% of clients
EDINBURGH - As many as two-thirds of Bank of Scotland's mortgage customers have had their personal details compromised and potentially exposed to identity fraudsters, after a computer disk was lost in the mail.
The CD-ROM had details of their names, addresses, date of birth and mortgage account numbers held on it, but did not contain any information pertaining to bank account or personal
