Allen & Overy adds to CLO team with new hires
Firm poaches four lawyers from Milbank as it expands structured credit team
Allen & Overy is expanding its London collateralised loan obligations (CLO) team after poaching five lawyers including one partner from rival Milbank.
John Goldfinch, who left Milbank’s alternative investments practice last December, was appointed to the role of partner at Allen & Overy today (February 21).
