
Video: SGX’s Sutat Chew on alternative markets and CCP
The growth of alternative trading system providers in Asia will not threaten the role of traditional exchanges, according to Sutat Chew, head of corporate and market strategy at the Singapore Exchange (SGX). In a video interview with Asia Risk on the sidelines of the Asia Risk Congress 2010, Chew says alternative trading systems will open up new business opportunities for exchanges and allow them to expand into new streams of products and services to better support liquidity and capital growth.
