FSA calls for data on European dark pool trading

The UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) is conducting a study of volumes in dark pool securities trading in Europe.

The deadline for submission of data by banks and independent dark pool operators was set at today, Friday, November 6 by the FSA, which is leading the study on behalf of the Committee of European Securities Regulators.

Most of the European dark pools are operated by investment
