Scoach's ambition of becoming the ultimate pan-European structured products exchange edged closer to fruition this year. The exchange, which was created in January 2007 by the Swiss stock exchange SWX Group and the German exchange and index provider Deutsche Borse, decided in April to migrate technology platforms, which has been pivotal in increasing the number of clients who can trade in structured products. Scoach Germany, based in Frankfurt, migrated to the Xetra platform, the trading system
