Alaron looks to China


Alaron Trading Corp, a Chicago-based futures commission merchant, is looking to enter into a strategic alliance in China in the coming months.

"We've met with about four or five different (brokerage firms) in China, and we plan to make numerous visits to China over the next six months, hopefully to sign, or at least with an intention to sign, a strategic alliance," Scott Slutsky, managing director of Alaron, told Asia Risk during a visit to Shanghai.
