Arc closes Fixed Income Plan 5 early and opens Fixed Income Plan 6

Arc Capital & Income has closed its Fixed Income Plan 5 two weeks early due to a high level of demand. Consequently, Arc has opened its next issue, the Fixed Income Plan 6. The five-year plan offers two income options linked to the FTSE 100 and the S&P 500 indexes. The Higher Income Option provides the choice of an annual income of 8.6%, or a monthly income of 0.69%. Capital is returned in full at maturity as long as neither of the indexes falls by 30% or more at the end of the five-year term.

The Cautious Income Option provides either an annual income of 7.5% or a monthly income of 0.61%. Capital is returned in full at maturity providing that neither of the two indexes fall by 50% or more at the end of the five-year term.

While the rate offered by the Cautious Option remains the same as the previous issue, the 8.6% annual rate provided by the Higher Income Option marks a reduction. “Despite the recent market movements, we have been able to maintain the terms on the Cautious Option at
