A relative newcomer to Asia, Commerzbank has capitalised on the popularity of its Kristall FX platform to be named Structured Products' foreign exchange house of the year in the region

Commerzbank's foreign exchange team, whose first structurer arrived in Singapore from Europe just four years ago, has benefitted from the popularity of its Kristall platform with clients, who it is fair to say are smitten with it. "We've done a lot with Commerzbank," says a vice-president at a Taiwanese bank, who compares the platform favourably to rival Nomura's.
