Responding to requests from its members for guidance on the regulation of retail structured products, the International Organization of Securities Commissions (Iosco) released its consultation report on the topic on April 18.
The report, over a year in the making, offers up a preliminary regulatory ‘toolkit' for members, with suggested approaches for the regulation of retail structured products
