After the truly gutwrenching events in New York recently it seems inappropriate to try and pass comment on how the markets and strategies have behaved since, but life must go on although it does all seem strangely unreal and certainly not quite as important as it did before. After the sheer shock of it all, despite the appeals for calm, the major markets all headed into periods of extraordinary volatility and meltdown fears came from all directions.
