As the NACUBO prepares the results of its 2001 survey, preliminary results show endowments have had a rough year

The National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) is busy crunching the results of its annual survey of higher education institutions. The survey shows, among other things, the degree to which endowments allocate assets to hedge funds.

The preliminary data suggests it has been a rough year for endowments although the final results for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2001
