Risk levels ease

Risk levels are almost down to those observed before the financial crisis, according to investment research company Axioma's Quarterly Insights report. During the third quarter, risk levels eased substantially around the world, with China the major exception. While risk forecasts in the rest of Asia fell, they did not fall as extensively as in Europe and North America. The decline in Axioma's risk models parallel the decline in the Vix - the benchmark volatility index - to its lowest level since
