One in seven (13.7%) market participants are behind target in preparing for the UK Financial Services Authority's Retail Distribution Review (RDR), according to a poll held by wrap platform company Ascentric.

The survey of delegates attending RDR workshops held in Bath, Birmingham and London during the last two weeks of July found that just under a third (31.3%) are ready for the new regulations, which adds stricter measures on financial advice, specifically banning commission for UK financial
