Redwood: Eurozone needs stronger economic harmonisation

Eurozone members would be wise to consider restructurings as a solution to the sovereign debt crisis afflicting its troubled peripheral states, according to John Redwood, a UK Conservative member of parliament and chairman of the investment committee at Evercore Pan-Asset, a fund manager and advisory firm in London.

In an interview with Credit, Redwood, who is co-chair of the UK Conservative party's policy review group on economic competitiveness, said that the eurozone's most debt-troubled
