
iShares European assets reach $100 billion

Exchange-traded fund (ETF) provider iShares has reached US$100 billion (€75.3 billion) in assets under management for its European business, driven partly by fixed-income and emerging markets inflows.
Last year saw an 18.3% increase in European assets under management (AUM) for iShares, taking the total new net assets raised to approximately $13 billion.
"Roughly 40% of our inflow last year was in fixed income... Another primary driver was the emerging markets and investors continued to invest
