To grow or not to grow, that is the question for wealth managers. October's annual Credit Suisse Global Wealth Study cited global wealth growth forecasts averaging 61% to each $315 trillion by 2015.
According to Michael O'Sullivan, head of UK research and portfolio analysis at Credit Suisse in London, "The kind of wealth a country has is very often a reflection of how developed their economic system is. There is a general link, in that in many emerging markets, financial systems and equity
