
Credit Suisse launches AES velocity in Singapore allowing trades under one millisecond

Credit Suisse in Singapore has launched AES velocity, an ultra-low latency direct market access speeds (DMA) that will allow investors to trade equities in under one millisecond.
"AES Velocity will directly benefit high frequency trading clients whose strategy necessitates speed of execution. These clients seek to exploit arbitrage opportunities between index futures and their underlying single stock baskets, so the faster they can trade, the more effectively they can execute their strategies,"
