
HSBC survey: Hong Kong individuals most affluent in Asia
Hong Kong's wealthy individuals hold more liquid assets per head than other individuals in the region and almost double the amount of their counterparts in Singapore and Taiwan, according to the third HSBC Affluent Asian Tracker survey.
Hong Kong participants hold more than $300,000 in liquid assets apiece, almost double Singapore's $183,000, the bank's survey found. Hong Kong affluents are also the oldest in the region, with an average age of 48. The youngest group of affluent individuals
