The European debt crisis is making Latin America look relatively attractive, one regional trader says.

The market for structured products in Latin America could be poised to experience a boom. One leading trader in the region expects tightening spreads in fixed-income markets and crowds of cash-rich investors eager to put their assets to work could combine to stimulate the sector.
