New Source market-quartile ETFs offer access to economic cycles

London-based ETF provider Source has launched four market-quartile exchange-traded funds (ETFs) based on the Stoxx 600 index that allow investors to take advantage of price rises in certain sectors as the market moves through the economic cycle.

The four quartiles are consumer discretionary, consumer staples, defensives and cyclicals. As markets emerge from recession, consumer discretionaries (companies that produce or trade non-essentials) and cyclicals (companies sensitive to economic cycles)
