FSA document warns of risks to retail investors
The UK Financial Services Authority released a list of frequently asked questions for product manufacturers and distributors on March 16, cautioning against selling unsuitable structured products to retail investors. The regulator gives examples of unsuitable sales, and delivers a harsh judgement on the perils of counterparty risk while offering some latitude on investment limits and
