Stamp duty easing on Hong Kong ETFs to have little impact Hong Kong’s financial secretary, John Tsang, has proposed to extend a stamp duty concession on exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to promote “healthy growth” in the market. But this looks likely to affect less than 10% of ETFs.
