The initial index level (strike) is the lowest value of the index on any of four monthly observation points: April 6, 2010, May 5, 2010, June 7, 2010 and July 5, 2010. The ‘best entry’ level is used as the starting point for calculating returns of the plan and the level from which the 50% buffer is measured.
