RBS adds Harman as head of retail structuring in Asia-Pacific
Richard Harman has joined the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as head of retail structuring, Asia-Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Harman will report to Shane Edwards and David Moroney, global co-heads of retail structuring, and will be responsible for managing the retail structuring teams in the region.
