EFG International buys CMA in structured products boost

Zurich-based private banking group, EFG International, is to acquire the total share capital of fund of hedge funds manager Capital Management Advisors (CMA). Bermuda-based CMA, which has approximately SFr2.1 billion assets under management, has extensive expertise in developing and marketing structured products linked to funds of hedge funds and is expected to compliment EFG International's structured products offering.
