Deutsche Bank queues up certificate listings in Poland

Deutsche Bank has filed to list the eighth series of its Express Notes on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). The certificates are linked to the domestic Wig 20 index, which tracks Polish equity performance, and should list within the next week.

The three-year autocallable notes are denominated in Polish Zloty with a value of around €22 per note, and a minimum purchase of three certificates per investor. Each tranche can issue up to one million certificates. The ninth version of the certificate was launched on March 30, and the tenth is already in subscription.

The note uses three observation dates at six month intervals, and kicks out if the Wig 20 is at or above its initial level. The payout at the first anniversary will be between 11
