NDFA throws its hat in the ring for Keydata

Around an hour after Jubilee Financial Products made public its interest in buying Keydata Investment Services, which was declared insolvent by the UK Financial Services Authority yesterday morning, NDFA has declared its interest in buying the UK structured products distributor.

Plan Manager NDFA has contacted Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), the insolvency administrator, and asked to be kept 'closely informed on all developments'.
