Crédit Agricole Asset Management creates a new subsidiary in Italy

Crédit Agricole Asset Management (Caam) has unveiled its new organisational structure, following the joint venture between Intesa Sanpaolo SpA and Crédit Agricole.

While core business for Caam includes managing mutual funds and open-ended pension funds, it also operates through the following companies: Crédit Agricole Alternative Investment Products Group, which operates in the field of multi alternative investment management; Caam Real Estate Italia, which manages two property funds; Selezione e Distribuzione SIM, a specialist distributor.
