SG’s agriculture boost
Société Générale Acceptance (SGA) has launched the SG Booster Notes – Series 1, which are designed to provide exposure to five agriculture-related companies.
The three-year 100% principal protected notes are linked to a basket of global agricultural-related stocks comprising Bunge, Deere, Potash Corp of Saskatchewan, Syngenta and Wilmar International. On each of the payment dates a potential quarterly coupon is paid, equal to the arithmetic mean of the booster performance of the five shares in the basket divided by four and floored at zero percent. If the closing price of each share is at or above its barrier price (92% of initial price), the booster
