Keydata provides tax efficient income options with Extra Income Plan

Keydata Investment Services has released the latest version of its Extra Income Plan, offering tax benefits to investors. The underlying assets are held in preference shares, reducing the tax payment for basic rate payers to 0% on income delivered by the plan, and 25% for the higher rate taxpayers.

The plan provides two income options, with one delivering a monthly fixed income of 0.66% over the six-year term, equivalent to 7.92% annually, linked to the FTSE 100 index. The second option offers a monthly income of 0.61% over the six-year term, equivalent to 7.32% annually, linked to the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 index.

Both the options have a 50% capital protection barrier, whereby capital is repaid in full, unless the index falls by 50% or more from its starting level and fails to return to
