DBRS forms covered bond rating group
Toronto-based Dominion Bond Rating Service (DBRS) has formed a new covered bond rating group. The group will be jointly led by Thierry Sessin-Caracci, who recently joined from French mortgage lender Crédit Foncier de France, and Catherine Gerst, managing director of structured finance.
Both Sessin-Caracci and Gerst will be based in Paris. Gerst reports to Apea Koranteng, managing director, EMEA
