Trade Associations issue insider trading statement

Twelve financial trade associations have re-affirmed their commitment to prevent insider dealing by keeping non-public information on transactions secret.

The groups, which include the European High Yield Association, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, the Loan Market Association and the Managed Funds Association, said they would “strive to promote markets which are fair, competitive and disciplined by a common commitment to operate in a principled manner.”
