Hedge funds move to professional structure


Hedge fund managers are becoming more professional, and the line between them and traditional asset managers is blurring, says a report from Greenwich Associates.

“Already, the hedge fund industry that exists today is a far cry from the image of a collection of small, mysterious firms that was pervasive just a few years ago,” says Dev Clifford, a Greenwich Associates consultant.
