BQuotes releases issuer number database
BQuotes, the provider of pricing and data for OTC markets, has released a database of Universal Issuer Numbers. The UIN database provides a single reference point for data on CDS, tranches, indices, corporate bonds, convertibles, loan CDS, options, rolls, recovery swaps and ABS/MBS.
BQuotes intends the database to provide an independent, centralised security master. This should support efforts to improve operational efficiency.
