Swedish life & pension reform reaches final draft

Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish financial market regulator, has issued its final draft proposal for its Traffic Light System (TLS), an internal supervisory framework designed to flag insurance companies and occupational pension funds in danger of having their buffer capital - the difference between the value of their assets and the realistic value of liabilities - reduced or even wiped out.
