UK Pensions - US court to decide the fate of Sea Containers' pensions

The fate of the 1,500 members of the two deficit-ridden pension schemes of Sea Containers is in the hands of the Delaware Bankruptcy court following agreement between the troubled transport group and the scheme's trustees over payment of the £100 million deficit.
