Hwang-DBS launches fund in Malaysia
Malaysian investment manager Hwang-DBS Investment Management Berhad has launched the Hwang-DBS Global Banks Structured Fund. The two-year unit trust structured product is a closed-ended, capital-protected investment linked to the performance of three global bank stocks - HSBC, Citigroup and Bank of America. HSBC is the sole distributor of the fund and also provides the capital protection. The product invests in call options that give exposure to the three stocks. The fund has an approved fund
