Class actions loom in the US as Lehman investors seek redress

Arbitrations and class actions are gathering momentum in the US as investors seek to reclaim their losses from Lehman Brothers principal-protected notes (PPNs). One case is being launched specifically against UBS, which distributed Lehman notes from its open architecture platform.
