US brokerage charged with improper supervision of structured product sales


A US brokerage has been filed with an administrative complaint after allegedly failing to properly supervise the sale of structured products to retail clients. Massachusetts Secretary of State William Galvin has charged Boston-based Cantella with "failure to create, implement and enforce adequate policies and procedures that would enable reasonable supervision of its registered representatives".
