Answeringthe EC call for evidence
The European Commission has asked for replies by January 18 to a call for evidence it sent out at the end of last October. The document published has been aimed at levelling the playing field for retail investment products and provides a study of the impact of the fragmented regulatory landscape for these products on the protection of retail investors.
